ICE continues to bring chaos into communities across America. But we will not be silenced. Protest. Activism. Questioning authority. These are not crimes, they are the lifeblood of a healthy democracy and a necessary check on agencies that abuse their power. Republicans in Congress refuse to provide any kind of meaningful oversight or check and balances or hold ICE accountable for their lawlessness. I will not vote for another dollar to fund an agency that is out of control and endangering our communities.

After making an appointment in advance, despite my lawful right to conduct unannounced visits, ICE let me into the detention facility at 26 Fed today, where I saw only three detainees and none being processed. It is clear that ICE is rushing detained immigrants out of New York as fast as they can to avoid going to federal court. The ultimate goal of this immigration dragnet has been revealed: create leverage against blue states to rig the upcoming election. We must not vote to fund DHS unless the House includes my amendment to prohibit seizing voter rolls and machines.

Election officials testify that DOMINION voting machines were sending and receiving signals through wifi and connecting to the internet in an active voting location during the 2020 election. A Georgia election official also testified that QR codes located on ballots were used to tabulate votes through the machines instead of the markings made by voters on the actual ballots themselves. This proves that there is no way to actually confirm that Joe Biden won the 2020 election because the QR code can not be read or verified by election officials to determine what the QR code is actually telling the voting machines to tabulate for since it is not reading the actual filled in selections by the voter. This is just another variable and method to program the machines to manipulate, read, and rig an election in your favor.
