Dr. Erwin nailed it: safeguarding AI isn’t a 'nice-to-have'—it’s a must. 🔒 🔥 Laws or no laws, if you’re not securing your models, you’re playing with fire. And guess who’s getting burned? Your organization. 🤖 #ResponsibleAI #Innovation @EYnews @Microsoft

Every working parent’s nightmare: getting laid off while out on leave. Now imagine this happens to you, only you’re out on leave with your second set of twins. That’s exactly what happened to Aaron Francis and he joined me on Startup Dad to talk about it. He’s the co-founder of Try Hard Studios and makes incredible, developer-education videos. Mind-blowingly incredible. He’s also been an analyst, a developer and started his career as a Big 4 Accountant. Not exactly a traditional path to making videos for developers. “At the time my wife and I had two 2-year olds and we had just had a second set of twins. We had four kids under the age of three. I was set to go back to work on Friday and I got the call on a Wednesday. It was one of those moments where professionally it was the best time to go out on my own, but personally it was absolutely the worst time. Hear our entire conversation about: 🔹 Navigating a loss of one of their triplets during the first pregnancy 🔹 Life with two sets of twins 🔹 How he and his wife managed after he was laid off on paternity leave 🔹 The challenges of starting a business with newborns 🔹 How to stay present with all the pings from an extremely online life 🔹 Parenting each of his four kids differently 🔹 Finding ways to focus on only what matters at this stage of life 🔹 Hilarious and fascinating stories: falling asleep in a chair at the gym, building a non-traditional office space, and celebrating a birthday with a solo-staycation. If you’ve ever gone to the gym to take a nap (or wanted to) or celebrated a birthday with a solo, stay-cation at a local hotel... you’ll love this conversation. One of my favorite takeaways: I see two opposing sides online often, which is like becoming a parent is wonderful and therefore it's easy and everyone should do it. And then the other side is, becoming a parent is very hard, and you should only do it if you're a thousand percent sure... the reality is, there are days, there are minutes in a day, where you will go from, this is a wonderful, amazing, and this is incredibly hard, and I don't want to do it. And I think you just need to be prepared to experience all of that in a day. Watch our conversation on Youtube or listen in your favorite podcast player.

Amazon worker says the Amazon warehouse he works at only hired foreigners 🚨 He says they deny American citizens jobs, tell employees they aren’t hiring if they recommend a friend or family member, then hire 10 foreigners per week “When is ICE gonna come to Amazon? Why in the hell is Amazon allowed to hire all these migrants? I mean, literally, it's probably 80% migrants, if not more. It's ridiculous. They tell the American people that they're not hiring, and then we literally sit here and watch these migrants come in, 10 per week, new hires walking through with new jobs. — But we go up and say, hey, I got a brother, I got a cousin, or whoever, a friend, whatever, that needs a job. Are we hiring? And they say, no, not at the moment, we're not hiring. You know, they can fill an application out anyways, just in case we do hire, blah, blah. And then that same day, you'll be working at your station, and you'll see them walking through 10 people. And literally, out of that 10 people, every one of them are migrants. Wow. Every single one of them. How does that work? How do they get away with that? How is that not discrimination by them telling me that they won't hire, they're not hiring right now, and then every week we see these people coming through?” He goes on to say he is begging ICE to come to Amazon because he says they do not have legal status. He says Americans are specifically not hired, he says he can’t even get his son a job because only migrants can be hired Now this man is specially talking about illegals but there is a whole other issue with Amazon, the mass bring over workers on Visas into America Amazon is one of the largest sponsors of H-1B visas in the United States They file to bring over as many as 30,000+ foreign workers every year… and they frequently get over 10,000 approved per year All this has to end According to online Amazon doesn’t hire workers without legal status but that’s not what this Amazon warehouse worker says who’s working side by side with these people…. And we all say a couple years ago major companies were hiring illegals. At the very least there should be an investigation All American jobs should go to Americans

Nat Eliason’s (Nat Eliason) career arc is borderline absurd—but it works. He’ll spot a new tool or trend, master it, build a business around it, and move on. Nat’s pulled it off with the note-taking wave ($600k in sales from a Roam Research course), real estate (6x return flipping property in Austin), and crypto (published his insider story with Random House). Now it’s AI: he’s running a viral course on building apps with AI—$200k in pre-sales in just a week, 800 students and counting. I’ve known Nat for a long time and I think he has a great sense for where the puck is headed. He was one of the first guests I had on the podcast and I was delighted to have him on again. Here are a few takeaways from our conversation: - Coding with AI has become orders of magnitude easier for non-technical people over the last 2 years—Nat rarely has to help students fix bugs; they troubleshoot in Cursor on their own. - AI coding assistants are creating new behaviours in programming, like using a speech-to-text model to talk to an agent and having it write code for you. - The traditional learning curve of coding is flattening because AI tools let beginners build and iterate in faster feedback loops. - AI has given Nat leverage in spades—it increases his ability to be a creator while also building a robust business with as few people to manage as possible. He demos an AI book editor he coded for his sci-fi novel. - In the age of AI, software is becoming content and the barriers to create are lower than ever—but custom software for everything isn’t the answer. Nat’s model is that personalized tools make sense for that one thing you care the most about. - Nat believes that the future of writing with AI is a Cursor-style interface with a model that’s trained on your style and voice. This episode is a must-watch for writers, creators, and anyone interested in the future of product building. Watch below! Timestamps: Introduction: 00:01:45 The origins of Nat’s viral course on building apps with AI: 00:11:45 How coding with AI has evolved over the last two years: 00:18:46 Nat creates an app using Composer, Cursor’s AI assistant: 00:22:22 Tactical tips for coding with Cursor: 00:26:06 How coding with AI is creating new behaviours in programming: 00:29:06 What excites Nat the most about the future of AI: 00:32:41 A demo of Hubbard, the AI editor Nat built for his science fiction writing: 00:38:58 When does it makes sense to build custom software: 00:44:52 Nat’s take on the future of writing with AI: 00:49:18

🚨 Tommy Robinson Warns: Chip Roy Is the Warrior America Needs as Texas Attorney General America is at a crossroads, and Texas is ground zero. In his explosive interview, Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧 sits down with Congressman Chip Roy, the fearless leader who co-founded the Sharia Free America Caucus (with hero Keith Self) and has spent years sounding the alarm. Tommy’s blunt message: “We are now about to interview Chip Roy… If he doesn’t win the attorney general of Texas, Texas could fall because it’s important… there’s 600 Islamic organizations, 330 mosques in Texas, all working to Islamize Texas… Because if they take Texas, they take the soul of America. And that’s what they’re planning, just like they’ve taken the soul of Britain and Germany and France.” Chip Roy doesn’t mince words either... A former federal prosecutor, first assistant attorney general, and Judiciary Committee veteran, Roy has watched the explosion of the Islamic population in Texas - especially Plano in the Dallas-Fort Worth area - with his own eyes. He’s seen the same patterns that destroyed Europe now unfolding here: Dearborn, Minneapolis… and now right here at home. “Texas will not survive. America will not survive, and the West will not survive if we do not stop the march of Islam in Texas. Period. Full stop.” That’s why he’s running for Attorney General of Texas - not just to talk, but to continue to act. As AG, Chip Roy will: 🔥 Open the books on all 600+ organizations 🔥Track the foreign money and cut it off 🔥Go after CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood network 🔥Pursue denaturalization for those who came under false pretenses 🔥Treat Islam as the political ideology it is - not a protected religion - and fight it in court 🔥Coordinate with other red-state AGs to take the fight nationwide He’s already introduced legislation to strip CAIR’s tax status, pause immigration from hostile nations, and vet for Sharia adherence. (Which we ALL know that Sharia is not optional; it is prescribed for believers (5:48)) He held several congressional hearings exposing the threat. (I WAS HONORED TO TESTIFY. RAIR WAS INVITED TWICE) He’s been called every name in the book by CAIR and the Southern Poverty Law Center because he’s effective, and they know if he is elected, their days of operating in Texas are numbered! Tommy Robinson’s closing message after the interview: “I’ve come here with a warning to America… Chip Roy is a man with a vision, a man with a plan, a man who understands it, a man who wants to fight to stop it… That has given me absolute hope. Texans, America - you've got to understand how important this is. Do not wait in 5 years or 10 years… Back these people. They’re fighting for you, but they’re fighting for us.” The Muslim Brotherhood, their proxies, and their left-wing allies are flooding money into this race to stop Chip Roy, because they know he’s the one man in politics who truly gets it and is willing to fight. If Texas falls, America falls...
