Yes. Repatriation back to Africa would solve everything. Ghana or Liberia are prime choices, English being the official language.

Blacks do not have brains that evolved the same as the rest of us. Lacking developed frontal lobes, they don’t have the ability to properly regulate their emotions. Which is how things like this happen. Can black culture ever be fixed?
