@ASCAtweets Since he promotes teaching about the inner unicorns instead of math, is this the person to blame that Baltimore has only 11% of its high school students proficient in math? And none of them scored the highest grade of 4, the best that any in 11% could do was to score a 3.

#WATCH Delhi: Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched the DBT facility for scholarships and fellowships of ICAR students He says, "Students' scholarships take a very long time to reach them—first to the university, then to the college, and finally to the students. Students' scholarships reach the students very late... Today, scholarships have been credited to the accounts of 6,080 students. We will gradually connect everyone to this so that our students can receive their scholarships on time every month. Our students should be able to fulfill the needs required for pursuing education. This is a major change."
