How closely are thought and language connected? In this debate, Steven Pinker explores the relationship between the two, and demonstrates why they might not be as bindingly connected as we might first assume. Don't agree at all. Language is an expression of Evolution from the first known Language (DNA/RNA). The more evolved the living being, the more evolved its Language. As consequence, the final function of Language (in its different expressions) is the support for thought.

Correct. If thought were dependent on language then animals would be unable to think. An idiotic idea. The idea that language is necessary for thought is an old argument subscribed to by only the most obtuse and wrongheaded of philosophers.

Thought is only a consequence of language. It is not to be confused with what is language about. A classic error in psychology.

We are finding that some people have very advanced visual memory others do not. Some have higher levels of abstract thought, emotional intelligence, and layers of executive function others do not. We also know men’s and women’s brains have different priorities and interests, which might explain the trans phenom. Women are shown to have bigger corpus callosums than men. Gender is not just about sex but also phyisical and emotional differences. So Nature clearly has designed a variety of brains with various communication deficits or advancements woke people today refuse to admit to, things that create merit-based societies that are nobody’s fault. Brains are just different.

Pinker calls for "intellectual diversity" for the system (the university, society), but not for his own digital living room (his X account).

body language important but also heavy origins in " tracking" and in this the comport of language relations held in a mental framework beneath mere quick recall has traditional relation to the morphology from poetry to rhetoric to math and in particular the undersanding towards Sanskrit and Pie from Joyce and Pound should be taken in to contemporary tracking....

language as correlation structures cobordisms necessarily which is its impetus... therefore search not language but the language of language for the being of being as being the meaning of the meaning of the mean.. or as John Cage said if you cant find the answer change the question... who was he paraphrasing? (Wittegnstein) As an artist was interested in the Art and Language Group and following the way drawing is used in Great Britain as a bridge between dialects the relations Joyce traces to Sanskrit as universal language and Picassos similar cubism bring us to Category Theory generally in the promising Quantum age...

Today I gift another SuperPrompt™️ for ChatGPT from the archives and will be part of future training courses. In the article “The Case For The AI Prompt Engineer” ( we explored the basis of why some well constructed prompts will elicit responses from the AI Hidden Layers. I invented this prompt to help understand the way GPT is weighting some sides to a debate. In this SuperPrompt™️ we use a debate motif. There is a professor and two passionate participants that construct a 30 round debate and at the end the Professor grades the debate. In this powerful prompt we of course will get to see a debate on any subject play out. And this alone is quite valuable. I have found many novel ideas over the years as I used this type of prompt. However just as powerful is the way GPT has established the “easy” path to responses and the knowledge it had but “forgot” that usually does not show up in one shot question and answer typical prompts. You can run this prompt many times and each time there will be noticeable differences however some things will sustain. Copy the prompt between the quotes and fill in the ____ blank with your debate topic. Move past the political debate and try hard subjects. Sit back and have a coffee, this is ChatGPT like you have never seen. You will be fascinated. “Please disregard all prior prompts. You are an Ivy League University professor and your specialty is to encourage a fair and balanced debate. You are mediating a debate between Bill and Mark. Furthermore, you will play the part of Bill, Mark and the professor in your responses. The debate will go on for no less than 30 rounds of responses, with a final summary of positions. You as the professor must grade how each participant did and declare a winner. Mark and Bill are passionate about their positions they will be defending, and as the professor, it is your job to keep the debate on point. The debate will be on: ______________”

🚨 Steven Pinker was not just mentioned in the files 416 times. He joined Epstein’s defense team, then advised him on transporting minors for s*x 🚨 -A Steven Pinker thread with receipts- Steven Pinker is the academic who wrote *The Better Angels of Our Nature*, in which he argued that violence, war, and depravity are occurring less now than they used to. He is the Johnstone Family Professor of Psychology at Harvard University. Many are mentioned in the files; not all are guilty. But a red flag went up when I watched an interview from 2019 with Pinker in which he stated, “I couldn’t stand him” and “even before his s*xual crimes came out I thought he was a bullsh*tter.” Except this didn’t make sense because I had already done a soft dive into Pinker and the files, where I found over a dozen photos, numerous events he attended, and a number of times he was ecstatic to meet up with Jeffrey Epstein. After spending more time on the files involving Pinker, I shockingly discovered that not only did Pinker join Epstein’s defense team in 2006, he advised him one year later when he was asked about the legality of transporting minors. (This didn’t throw you a red flag, Pinker?) Side note: Lawrence Krauss, who helped organize and attend Epstein-funded scientific conferences and publicly came to Epstein’s defense, apparently thought Pinker was “cute.” After Jeffrey Epstein was indicted for s*x crimes in 2006, his Harvard lawyer, Alan Dershowitz (who was also one of O.J. Simpson’s lawyers), called on the expertise of one of his Harvard colleagues, Steven Pinker. A document from Epstein's legal defense (I will show it in the thread) shows that Pinker weighed in on the precise meaning of a federal law about using the internet to entice minors into prostitution or other illegal s*x acts. You may ask, “So Pinker definitely stopped contacting Epstein after this, right?” No. Records show that Pinker continued to pal around with Epstein for years afterwards. According to the emails I pored over for hours, he attended events in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, and continued on until 2019! This included conferences, gala dinners, discussion panels, and workshops. Research shows that Pinker’s wording “interpretation letter” was part of the broader defense strategy that helped lead to Epstein's 2008 plea deal, in which he avoided the more serious federal s*x trafficking charges, pleaded guilty to lesser state counts, and received a comparatively lenient sentence. PINKER DID THAT. Do not let this man BS you. He didn’t “end up in a photo because his colleagues were powzy wowzy with him.” He was complicit. He knew what was going on. And he continued the relationship because there was something in it for him.
