It will be used by ISRO's S-band radar and NASA's L-band radar payloads on the spacecraft to provide detailed data about Earth's surface features, ecosystems, and geological processes.

It’s almost “normal” that Thérèse Kayikwamba Wagner or Patrick Muyaya do not understand what geology is. This requires a certain level of education. And the “geological” plates have no boundaries drawn in Berlin. Rwanda before Berlin, the chain of Volcanoes “Virunga” (IBirunga) was in the middle of Rwanda. The “mineral” plates are still found today on all sides of these Volcanoes… too complicated for the clowns in Kinshasa, I guess.
