It's a combination of genetics and preparation for years but such memory isn't very useful. Intelligence works in many different ways many smart mathematician and physicists can't remember some equations or basic things but are terrific in solving complex problems.

Not sure what tricks… adding the previous numbers, memorizing sum, then memorizing 3rd number & adding it to that sum. Again same iteration..And he's doing all that with 5 digit numbers coming in fraction of seconds.. Very difficult to process😬
