Horribly overcooked corn. And shucking is what is done to remove the husks. Not removing the corn from the cob.

When corn turns reddish brown like that corn did its old and has a terribly musty taste and smell. Yes, I saw the iron in the fridge and yes, stupid waste of butter.

Better trick. Leave shuck on corn and throw on grill with mesquite charcoal. Rotate till outer layers are browned (~30min). Cut off ends, take off shucks and butter. Shuck keeps moisture in as it cooks. Great aroma and taste is top shelf!

One pat of butter per ear of corn would have been just as good.

Ok heart attack pending on amount if butter in an Airfryer !!! Rediculous...! Best corn i had was from a street vendor in Nigeria and it was charcoal grilled with cob on and as much as i like butter none in sight it was Delicious !
