APC Rigs Abuja Elections and so? Expecting the APC not to rig elections is like expecting a man to get pregnant. Therefore, it is incumbent on you, the opposition, to be prepared to beat them at their games and not come out crying after every rigged defeat. Unfortunately, the opposition today is surrounded by sycophants who love to sing praise and engage in online banter among themselves, instead of doing the real work of setting up anti-rigging structures. The war veterans, are not saying anything about looting, poor healthcare system, the everyday shrinking of the economy. Their focus is on looting. Tipeiwo timbo lutawo. Will the people of zimbabwe focus on the real culprit or will be used to settle ZANU PF fights? Let's not waste our time thinking that the fights in ZANU PF will benefit the general citizens. They're fighting so they can loot. Zimbabweans must focus on removing ZANU PF completely. Chiwenga was the minister of Health for 5 years, are there any changes in the healthcare system? No, why because he is ZANU PF. Zanu-PF is the problem!! Zanu-PF must go!! `

So if the sanctions were removed and they were importing energy oil and gas from Russia, they’d be in a lot better shape than they’re in right now. And that holds true throughout Europe, the whole Eurozone. Why is the growth rate so low in Germany? It’s so low because, of many things, but one big thing, big thing, is the sanctions. So one piece of advice would be to remove the sanctions as fast as possible. The Zimbabwean election has two contentious issues, the process and the presidential results dispute. The international community has chosen to focus on the flawed process whilst the Zimbabwean opposition is concentrating on the disputed presidential figures. Most African ambassadors who support SADC’s preliminary report are however confused by the opposition’s focus on results from a flawed election with glaring irregularities. They are saying that if the opposition says it won, it becomes difficult to sustain the flawed election argument which the United Nations has taken. They argue that the issue becomes about election results, and that if the opposition fails to produce the V11s for every polling station, that is the end of the story. The opposition says it has all the V11s as its leader Nelson Chamisa says in this video statement, so all concerned are now waiting for the production of the V11s that confirm a Nelson Chamisa victory. The opposition has deliberately said less about annulling the whole election, something that the international community thought would be a more powerful argument. Some in the opposition have argued that this is because parliament comes with money for the party, it means that annulling the elections takes away the money whilst the dispute is being resolved. Whilst the observer missions agree that there were glaring election day irregularities, they also argue that if the CCC dispute is going to be about elections results, then there is very little they can do without V11s for every polling station. SADC Ambassadors have privately defended the SADC observer team mission preliminary report. They are calling for an even tougher final report, but they are saying that is where it will end because the opposition accepts the parliamentary results, and its dispute is on the presidential result. They are saying CCC can’t trash the whole election whilst accepting part of the results from the same election. In short, without producing V11s from all polling stations, that is the end of the story. It would have been more powerful to dismiss the whole electoral process, but CCC has taken a different route of focusing on the presidential result. All concerned are now waiting for the production of the V11s, that is where this election study is now at, without which that will be the end of story.

In 2008, President ED Mnangagwa, then ZANU-PF’s chief election agent who ran Robert Mugabe’s presidential campaign, orchestrated the party's response and political manoeuvres after Mugabe lost the initial round of voting to Morgan Tsvangirai. He is on record acknowledging that in 2008, “hatina kuwana majority yekuti titonge,” and he says all ZANU-PF officials deserted the election and took to their heels. He was the one who later manipulated the election to make sure RGM retained power. We then saw President Thabo Mbeki step in to facilitate negotiations. That was the real election stolen from the opposition with full V11, RGM is on record saying MRT got 73%, everything that followed is hearsay. If the opposition had been serious, they would have demanded the presidency in 2008. Instead, they proceeded to a GNU as subordinates. We subsequently participated in the 2013 elections, took part in the 2017 coup, and even attended the inauguration, despite Patrick Chinamasa having already declared, “Chinhu chedu”. We went on to participate in both the 2018 and 2023 elections. Why, then, do people claim they did not support Geza simply because he was ZANU-PF? Was the GNU not ZANU-PF? Furthermore, how many people died in the 2008 elections? What did the opposition do for the people who died in 2008 during the GNU? What policies did they push to protect the citizens? If the opposition truly values human life, why did they get into bed with ZANU-PF several times? Why did they partake in the coup? GEZA was part of ZANU-PF leaders who sponsored the coup heavily. Was Geza a different kind of ZANU? It is all political gymnastics 🤸🏿 nothing serious or factual. It is just ducking for survival and kuitiswa) 24/7!
