Hello Steve, as someone that has done something like this many times before the AI era, I can tell you that you should convert your videos to Lottie, its 50x lighter, using stack of images is just going to be too big. But good job tho.

depends, eg on how small you can get those images, but a best practice is to have a static fallback for mobile
