How do I know whether the seller is registered under Small and Medium Enterprises?? #43B(h)

Sec 43B(h)-This Govt thinks, that registration under MSME is to get payments on time or interest benefits...How to tell them...for more than 99% its just a KYC document to open current account & nothing else...

Sir it would be very problematic approach as businessman here will have to maintain certain checklist before he purchases goods till then he would be uncertain about what price to be paid to supplier (as credit period changes) due to declaration.

MSME has to share the certificate. Also having the number on the letterhead/invoice would be of help.

when does the certificate gets updated in a year, any cut off date, anyone knows

By obtaining MSME certi alongwith other docs like PAN GST etc

Why create so much complication? Shouldn't businessmen focus on business than compliance?
