How do we "know" that Epstein was involved with intelligence? I was always skeptical of the Epstein conspiracy theories. It was always being pushed by the stupidest people, so I assumed there was nothing there. I didn't know how right I was until Michael Tracey brought some facts to...

There's a lot more in the full conversation. Michael goes through the entire story and dissects one claim after another. I'm just amazed that this has gone so far based on so little.

Here's the source for the person who said that Acosta said that Epstein belonged to intelligence. "former senior White House official", who clearly was friendly with Jeffrey Epstein. This person was talking to Vicky Ward who was writing "Kushner Inc." where Bannon was clearly an unnamed source and is mentioned in the book 600+ times.

Rightoids have always been like this. They used to burn people at the stake using dreams as court evidence: This mindset is a fundamental aspect of American thought that manifests itself to this day, though of course dressed in new attire.

Joe Rogan presses JD Vance on whether people involved in Epstein's crimes had "undue influence" over the release of the files. Rogan just lays out why millions of people stopped trusting the process, and makes the Vice President respond to it directly: VANCE: "The idea that Donald Trump is being blackmailed is crazy to me because, again, I see the way that he makes decisions. I see the way that he processes this stuff. The idea that he picks up the phone with anybody and says, 'Hey, I'm gonna take orders from you.' No, that's just not how Donald Trump operates." ROGAN: "Can you understand, though, why people would come to that conclusion, especially because of the Epstein files?" VANCE: "What do you mean?" ROGAN: "Well, the Epstein files were supposed to be released, and there was a tremendous amount of resistance to those files being released. And that concerned a lot of people, because if you're talking about very wealthy, powerful people that were engaged in crimes." VANCE: "I see. You're basically saying the fear is that whatever's in the Epstein files was used to blackmail the administration into doing the Iran thing." ROGAN: "Or at the very least, the people that were involved in the Epstein files that didn't want them coming out had undue influence." VANCE: "Well, again, I say this with all candor. We absolutely screwed up the comms of the Epstein files. We just did. But do I think the reason we screwed up the comms is because we were trying to hide something? No. Pam Bondi said, 'The client list is on my desk.' Right?" ROGAN: "Well, see, they had binders. They were standing in front—" VANCE: "But those binders were largely documents that had already been released." ROGAN: "What was the purpose of that performative display of the Epstein files? And she was saying there's tens of thousands of hours of film." VANCE: "I don't know what the purpose of it was, but I know that the effect of it was to make people mistrust the entire effort." "I know Pam. I like Pam. I don't think there was anything malicious going on. I think Pam was trying to respond to the political moment. I think she overstated what we had and what we didn't have. And I think that she got roasted for it publicly by a lot of people, including me." "You and I have talked about this a lot. I'm one of the OG Epstein conspiracy theorists. I've probably gone down every single rabbit hole we could go down."

Ed Dowd: "What we're learning from the Epstein files is that it's an operating system...[and] let's not forget Epstein was involved in money laundering... [and now] Bitcoin has been tied to... Epstein, and he's been involved in taking over the network and funding it... If you wanted to set up your own dark-money blackmail operation and launder money, Bitcoin would be the perfect way to do it, I guess." This clip of Dowd (Edward Dowd), a former BlackRock fund manager and co-founder of Phinance Technologies, is taken from an interview with Jesse Day (Jesse Day) posted to the Commodity Culture YouTube channel on February 28, 2026. ---------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "What we're learning from the Epstein files is that it's an operating system. So we have the public-facing institutions, but we find out there's a layer of people above them that know how to manipulate that whole thing to their benefit through Kompromat and blackmail, and money laundering. "Let's not forget Epstein was involved in money laundering. That's how a lot of this stuff was. It's all dark money. And the other thing that surprised me, that I didn't. This angle I didn't think of. And again, we'll find out more, but Bitcoin has been tied to Jeffrey Epstein, and he's been involved in taking over the network and funding it. I don't know what to think of that and intuitively makes sense. "If you wanted to set up your own dark money blackmail operation and launder money, Bitcoin would be the perfect way to do it. I guess. So, you know, there's a lot that's being revealed, and I don't, you know, I don't know what that means for Bitcoin long term, but, it certainly kind of disrupts the narrative that bitcoin is freedom. "I mean, that was kind of one of the narratives that we were hearing. And I've never been a bitcoin, bear or bull. I've always said it's a. It's a proxy for NASDAQ and liquidity trade, you know. You know, buyer beware. It's not a store of wealth. It's very volatile. So that's what it's always been to me is a volatile, you know, 95% correlated asset to the NASDAQ."

Mehdi Hasan declares the Jeffrey Epstein "conspiracy theory" has been proven "real," because it's finally been proven that Epstein did in fact have "ties to the rich and powerful," as well as to "foreign governments." But... it's been known that Epstein had exactly these "ties" from the literal first moment he gained any public notoriety. Literally, since 2002. The actual Epstein "conspiracy theory" -- now in the process of being memory-holed, amazingly enough -- was of course never merely that Epstein had certain "ties" to "rich and powerful" people, or to representatives of "foreign governments." It was that he was running a vast child-sex trafficking and blackmail operation -- *in concert with* these "rich and powerful people," to whom he had "ties" -- and at the direction of, or in service to, some unknown assemblage of clandestine intelligence agencies. Uh, remember that whole thing about how he was supposedly flying around his VIP friends on the "Lolita Express," or gathering them on "Pedophile Island," so they could rape all the children he'd procured? Then he'd catch them on hidden camera, and use the resulting sexual blackmail to get them to do either his own sinister bidding, or that of his secret intel paymasters? THAT was the fundamental "theory" -- the beating heart of the "Epstein conspiracy," such as there ever was one. And it's been proven resoundingly FALSE -- based on all available evidence, after MILLIONS of new records have now been released. Yet pundits such as Mehdi, who posture as vaguely "anti-establishment," for some reason still feel the need to act like the essential "conspiracy theory" of Epstein has obviously been proven true. They can only do this if they RADICALLY define down why there was ever an "Epstein conspiracy theory" in the first place! Because... it's been proven completely false!

.John Roberts: “Why is Michael Wolff counseling Jeffrey Epstein on how to hang Donald Trump out to dry?” Mollie: “Yeah. That’s what I thought was so interesting in these emails there were many journalists who were coaching Jeffrey Epstein in how to handle things which is a weird thing to see anybody doing, much less a journalist. But back to the original point, like, that this is even a story today is something of a scandal, meaning Democrats — they went out of their way to obstruct the name of the individual in question, to make it seem like Donald Trump might have some secret here that needs to be exposed. And the reason why they obstructed the name is because Virginia Giuffre, the victim of Epstein, has had publicly and repeatedly said that Donald Trump had never witnessed or participated in any bad activity. So, this is just hard to take people seriously that they care about this. There are multiple people that have relationships with Epstein. Reid Hoffman, a Democrat super donor a very lengthy and sustained and intimate relationship with Jeffrey Epstein it would be interesting to learn more about that. Bill Clinton the former president of the United States had a relationship. We even had — Barack had a relationship. These are interesting things. But, when you make it just about Donald Trump, when we already know about it, and we already know that they had a falling out because of how Epstein was handling the situation at Mar-a-Lago, that he got kicked out, is just — I agree there is, like, stuff to know, but it’s not being handled in any way responsibly here.”

Shapiro Calls Out Steve Bannon on Jeffrey Epstein! "Here’s Jeffrey Epstein’s friend and quasi-fixer Steve Bannon doing the exact same thing.” ~ Ben Shapiro In today's episode of The Ben Shapiro Show, Shapiro sharply criticized the wave of conspiracy theories linking President Donald Trump to Jeffrey Epstein, arguing that one of the clearest signs someone is “in on the hoax” is when they themselves had close ties to Epstein yet now attempt to weaponize his name against political opponents. Shapiro singled out former Trump strategist Steve Bannon as a prime example. Over the summer at a Turning Point USA event, Bannon enthusiastically pushed Epstein-related theories, declaring, “Epstein is a key that picks the lock on so many things, not just individuals, but also institutions, intelligence institutions, foreign governments, and who’s working with him on our intelligence apparatus and in our government.” Shapiro pointed out the irony: “Here, for example, was Steve Bannon… Here’s Jeffrey Epstein’s friend and quasi-fixer Steve Bannon doing the exact same thing.” He accused Bannon and others in that circle of hypocrisy for promoting intelligence-agency conspiracies around Epstein while simultaneously trying to tie Trump to the disgraced financier. The Daily Wire host concluded that those traveling in the same circles as “a literal adviser to Jeffrey Epstein” yet complaining about Trump’s supposed Epstein connections likely “have another agenda.” Shapiro acknowledged disagreement with some of Bannon’s broader priorities but noted that Bannon at least “will say the quiet part out loud,” unlike others pushing similar narratives under the guise of concern.
