Try it many times until you find the right angle. Then, after mastering four fingers, you slowly learn to reduce the number of fingers needed. After a month, you can use just one finger. It's incredible how humans have evolved!

I can do a louder one as a fart though

First you only need your thumb and middle finger to do this, 2nd, You dont fold your tongue, you curl it over your fingers, 3rd clasp your lips around the two fingers and blow til you find the right position and you'll nail it. It took me years to figure it out bit so worth it
