I loved curling with my friends. Such a unique thing to be a part of and I encourage all of you to mix it up every once in a while. Do something different. I never laughed so hard in my life. Curling is actually an art. Not as easy as you think, but really enjoyable. Thanks Hollywood Curling for making it happen.

Penn State head football coach Matt Campbell believes in mastering the basics, not becoming a jack of all trades. " You've been there. Your team's not good enough yet. So you try to out scheme everybody. And really what happens is you become the jack of all trades, master of nothing. And we're always trying to catch up 'cause we're just not good enough. So we're gonna out scheme you. Which honestly, it sets your program back. And so what we did is really simple. We're gonna be really good at quarters. We're gonna play four down. We're gonna play base defense. We're gonna play quarters. We're gonna learn how to tackle. We're gonna learn how to run into the football. First drill we do every single day on defense is pursuit drill. Now we're 10th in the country in total team defense. You know what we do really well? We run with the football. You know what we did on offense? We took two run plays. We took three pass plays. But we got really good at it. We became great teachers again instead of trying to be the jack of all trades We got back to what allowed our kids to learn and grow and develop to be the best they can be."

Steph Curry says the Warriors have to get back to the basics of what makes a good, competitive basketball team next season: “I’ve only been in one locker room for the last 17 years, and before you win the title, there were only those first two years where you’re building the foundation for what a championship team looks like, even though you had no idea what that really meant. Then you accomplish it, then everything else is based off of that, and it’s been that way since 2015. So I think we can reshape the narrative, like knowing in the back of our mind that is the ultimate goal, but we have to get back to the basics of what makes a good, competitive basketball team every single night. Understand how, realize how hard it is to win in this league, but can we rethink how we do things with the foundation that we’ve established? We don’t have to keep saying championship, championship, championship every day, even though we’ve experienced that. It’s can we just build the foundation again with what this team needs to do, with the way that the game is played now, how fast it is, how young and athletic it is. All of those things, we have to kind of put everything on the drawing board to get back to just being competitive every single night.”
