@HTAgronomy Was aired on CBS back in the day and titled “American Harvest”. Recorded it with a VCR. Took out most of the commercials and watched it about 12000 times. I probably still know the lines better than the actors did. I want to guess around 1986 was the year.

@HTAgronomy Another great one is "Amber Waves" Dennis Weaver ,early Kurt Russel and if memory serves a young Mariel Hemingway.

@HTAgronomy I saw that on tv at the time and I remember the line he said when he figured out how she paid for the combines and I remember my dad sitting in his chair saying “oh no “

@HTAgronomy Don’t tell me she sold the land to get the combines. Plot twist and i haven’t watched it yet
