(Arguably) Also doing your best to get it from where it is coming out of the ground if you wanted to he turbo anal about it. Making this stuff from raw milk literally makes me high when I consume it. Kefir grains are easy to find. This yoghurt machine cost me 30 quid. Use raw organic milk (don’t boil it like most YouTube videos tell you too). Wars were fought over kefir grains, it’s that powerful. Your body will thank you in ways you can’t imagine. I made this video for a friend with stomach issues but the truth is we all have stomach issues especially if you’ve ever been on antibiotics, which are the devils work.
