How I travel animal-based 🥩

I know this seems like a lot of food, but traveling from Costa Rica to the US takes over a day, several hours of driving, plus layovers… I am always prepared and will never rely on airport food, which is laden with seed oils and other garbage ingredients.

For someone "meat based" that's a hell of a lot of fruit. Give it up and just admit you're an omnivore.
