🚨🛸💥🔥 Have We Cracked Gravity? 🔥💥🛸🚨 Thoughts? "I can see that it's a perfect triangle, and it's gigantic, and it has a white light at each apex of the triangle and a large, white light in the center. And it takes off, and it zips out of sight." 2006, Eglin AFB... (This sounds similar to what Dylan Borland says he saw at Langley AFB. If this stuff is so secret, why do they seem so lax in allowing others, who are not cleared, to see it? If this craft exists... Is it ours, that we developed own our own? Is it craft that we constructed and reverse engineered, based, in part, on technology of unknown origin that we have acquired? Is it a craft of unknown origin that we acquired and learned how to fly? Are "they" working with us and showing us how to fly "their" craft? Was Will Miller right? And if you don't know who Will Miller is, do some searching. I'll pull up some of my older quotes later.) ~~~ Daniel Gockerell: "I step outside, and I look to my left, and about, I would say, three, four hundred yards, there was a clearing. And surrounding this clearing is these high-mass portable generator lights like they use on construction for...in roadways that you see and stuff, and highways and stuff like that. And I saw Humvees, military personnel out there, it looked like, and some black SUVs. "And I see hovering, about 15 to 20 feet off the ground, this giant, maybe 300 or so feet in length (size of a football field. ~Joe), aircraft. There was no visible cockpit, you know, no visible like, traditional fuselage or engine. Like, I couldn't see...it just, it was different to me. "So, right about the time I get out and I notice this, it hovers, it goes straight up. And when I say hover, I don't mean in a traditional sense. So when you think about, uh, you know, any fixed-wing aircraft, any bird that we have, known to man right now, even a rotary bird, it oscillates when it hovers. This just goes straight up and it's dead quiet, nothing, not a sound. I could hear the buzzing from the generator lights, right? "So, this gets about to the canopy, like, height, a little over the canopy, and does a slight bank, and takes off. And it rips right over the canopy like, looks like it was heading northeast, which I'm guessing. I honestly couldn't remember, just, I don't know, sometimes you know, you feel like you know your cardinal directions, like, which way is home. "Anyway, this aircraft, when it banks, I can see that it's a perfect triangle, and it's gigantic, and it has a white light at each apex of the triangle and a large, white light in the center. And it takes off, and it zips out of sight. I mean, Mach something we don't know. And, I mean, it takes off. And the biggest shock to me at that point was there was no audible report. There was nothing...like something going that fast, it's gonna bust the sound barrier, you're gonna hear it. And I didn't. I heard nothing. And, at that point, again, it was just the buzzing of the generator lights out there. "I watched this as I'm smoking my cigarette, seemingly do several touch and goes, but it doesn't go down at that little drop zone that it took off. It just comes back, stays there for a second, couple seconds, and then takes off again. Comes back, stays there for a couple seconds, takes off again. And at that point I grew bored of it. And I was impressed, obviously, but I'm like, okay, this is our military testing some awesome technology and... "You know, again, this isn't my wheelhouse, so I'm not, you know, this is...I'm not really realizing that this is some sort of zero-point energy or something that we, you know, we've never seen before. So, it's nothing like I've ever seen before. I've never seen any military or civilian bird have the capabilities that something like this has. Again, there's no signage, there's no visible cockpit fuselage, you know, there's nothing that I can see that, you know, would make me think it's any kind of traditional bird that we've seen, or I've heard about. It takes off and I go back inside, and that's it. "So, the biggest thing to me, and when we were discussing it, is the notable observations, and that there's zero oscillation, right? The propulsion and noise...there was no audible report, no hum, nothing. What was it? It lacked, uh, like, an obviously visible cabin, uh, any signage, engine housing, exhaust systems. And it's the sheer speed that it that, you know, that was, you know, one of the most notable things."

Stew Peters Stew Peters is an initiated puppet. He’s a Jewish funded research stealing conman with anger management, alcohol, and wife abusing problems. He comes from the gayest industry of all, the rap industry. He lied about his name and background to sleep at governor Ventura’s home for months on end. What kind of fäggøtry was going in there, I can’t even begin to imagine. Who is Coleman Hughes ? 😂😂 Who is Sherri Mickelberg/Michelberg?✡️✡️✡️😂😂🤣 In his Died Suddenly film, he collaborated with doctors and professionals like DR JANE RUBY™️ only to later steal their work and shun them away. Then he incorporated bunk videos and evidence purposely to discredit all their hard work. Like he did by adding a blood clot surgery video that predated Covid vaccines by almost 2 years. Same thing he will now do with his Occupied film. I know many of the ppl you interviewed for this movie, and have recordings of the interviews as well. I’ll be ready to expose you when you f them over too. Born on April fools 1980(no 💩), the release dates of both his films come 33 weeks after his birthday. Initiated deceiver anyone? I don’t know why or how you have guys like HT the GIGA "EXPOSED" simping for you. But nobody can save or protect you from me. I have no issues that he went after Dustin, but to downplay your Jew funding is outside his usual character. Truth is truth, and you’re a woman beating alcoholic with small dick energy who can’t take or respond to any criticism from anyone with balls. Your movies are funded by Jewish interest, even your movie exposing Jews… Jewish interests put a bounty on your head yesterday, the day before your film release. You have Jewish money backing you, in front of you “trying to stop you”, and in your pockets. I wasn’t born yesterday clown. This entire fiasco is a Jewish operation funded by their money and their interests. It’s all fake and gay like you.

Being boldly outspoken online holds risks. Exposure holds risks. This is why so many fear taking up space or using their voices on the internet. People will pick your words apart, project their own beliefs, fears, insecurities and perceptions on you, make assumptions and even get off on the drama. I have been exposed in the online space since 2018. And through the years, I have been more and more outspoken about my philosophy around FemDom and BDSM, unapologetically. My practice as a Mistress was always sacred to me. And as a Mentor, I hold myself on the same standard and understand the responsibility I hold to lead women on their Mistress Journey, I do not take this lightly. It is also sacred to me. I first entered the SW industry in 2011 from a very disempowered place and experienced heavy trauma. I barely got out of what I got myself into (if you know my story you know). And when I reentered the industry in 2017, I knew my boundaries, that I would work for myself, and that becoming a Professional Dominatrix was a calling. In 5 years, I built something extraordinary. I made a shit ton of money, yes, but I also had real, genuine and long lasting D/s relationships, with subs I respected and who respected me. Not just who admired me, but actually cared about me, as I cared about them. I had my own Dungeon, that was one of the best in Montreal, and I had an online practice that I developed during COVID that helped my business explode. When I got pregnant and decided to leave the industry as a ProDomme, I dedicated my heart and soul to build the most powerful courses for Dommes. It started with The Dominatrix Academy, and then building a Membership and Sisterhood for Dommes to connect from all over the world. I show up there every single day and create classes and programs based on what they are moving through and need to improve their practice, make more money and from a way that feels aligned with them, not at the expense of their integrity, and to build something that can sustain them in the long haul. Up to this day I get messages from my clients/subs from many years ago. Thanking me for our time together. And now I consistently receive gratitude messages and even gifts from the women who work with me. I am very proud of what I built and most importantly, how I built it. It holds my heart beat. Yes, there will always be people who don't resonate, or who don't like me or what I teach or how I do things. But we are all adults, and we should therefore address concerns like adults. In a mature, ethical, loving way. Not with hate threads. I am extremely disheartened that the controversy I am facing is coming from peers and women I respected. Not from some online troll or someone outside the industry judging SWers. That I was prepared to debate with, to defend my community. Yet, the women who are questioning me publicly and writing about me as if they know what they are talking about, have never met me, spoken to me, been in any of my containers. It's just based on assumptions, wrong interpretation of my words, triggers and prejudice. It is because of women like this that there is such a sister wound in this industry. And one of the most beautiful feedbacks I get from the women in my world, is how healing it is to be in a genuine sisterhood, with no cattiness. I stand by what I said and how I meant it. And if it did not land for you, that's okay, it was just not meant for you. Enough time and energy has been leaked on this. I am just going to share a video of the Graduation of The Dominatrix Academy. THIS is what I do. And this is not just words... you get to actually watch what I create with the women who work with me. Thank you for reading.

MIRRORS ARE SPACETIME FABRIC SCREENS Understand that mirrors are made out of melted sand. Sand is made out of SiO2 quartz crystal that is sentient/aware. These are called gauge and vector bosons that hold the X & Y points of each pixel in the spacetime fabric until a Higgs boson (that's someone who carries a Krystal Seed Atom that is the full blueprint of a ‘manifest being’, like you), which is official clearance to act as an independent expression of Prime Creator within the simulation. When the Higgs boson moves its plasma body, the Krystal Seed Atom casts out the command to replicate that within the spacetime fabric so that others can see that, which lights up that pixel (or that group of billions of pixels). All of these things I'm explaining about vector and gauge bosons, and the function of what the Higgs boson does can be verified in white papers issued from CERN. I am not making any of it up. What this is to say, is that the mirror is NOT reflecting your image, it is relatively mimicking all things in the spacetime fabric that is in front of itself, but is literally being projected by your eyes. If you think you can hide something within the simulation with a piece of paper, you're mistaken. Mirrors are not actually reflecting anything (there is no such thing), you are projecting the images in the spacetime fabric and can do so from any point within the simulation. Meaning they can be used as scrying devices to see other images elsewhere in the simulation, as well as other eras/times because your Krystal Seed Atom is quantum-entangled to the Akashic records, both forward and backward. Although your conscious self is not aware of this, your subconscious is in full control of that projection. Mirrors have been used this way for eons of time. Crystal balls that act as perfect optical condensers can be used in the same way, because they too are made out of X & Y bosons we call quartz. For more on the actual science of how your eyes project what you see: This message will only be seen by your eyes if not shared, and if you want to reference this article again later, you will need to cut and paste it in your own notes off line, as it will surely be erased. This is the most accurate translation of these events I am aware of at this time.

First Impression About Neverness To Everness CBT This will be a long or short one and I mostly have plenty of good to say about the game so far and some bad. First I want to get out the way: Graphics In short, we already know its good! But this is definitely playing some part on performance on my end and it wasn't entirely bad experience at all just some fps drops here and there but its playable and 90% of time it was smooth so the performance issues is a easy fix (apart from some I've seen have already started having crash issues so it'll be different for all of us depending on your specs) I'm well in range of the specs so if I'm having some small issues that mean whoever has worse specs will have it worse. Performance/Optimizing the game etc is not something that should be ignored anyway and most of the time developers of recent time feel like they don't care about improving it, I hope NTE by release or during the test will fix the issues by then (crash problems etc + its day one of the test anyway) Second: Combat Just like wuthering waves, the games combat is fun (I still think it can benefit more on having more effects/impact frames etc to really nail the combat experience...) I know people have compared some characters to WuWa characters as "plagirism" but most part alot of characters in the game have their own charm and uniqueness to the combat The boss enemies also may have some unpredictable patterns and can put alot of pressure or aggression on you but isn't exactly too hard thankfully! But its still great because I like how fast pace and intense the fightings are when your in the boss fights Common enemies don't have much going on for them. Third: Story Unlike Genshin and Wuthering Waves the story for NTE or Neverness to Everness is actually more "Human" one of my viewers described it as and I actually agree, I'm not saying WuWa nor Genshin storytelling is bad but the way NTE tells its story is more morden and you can easily be engaged with it and understand everything clearly! The story is also pretty goofy and just like zenless they have great animations and (VERY) expressive with their animations which makes for great overall experience and I prefer this storytelling the most out of other games. (this is a personal preference) The gacha system is some sort of board game but the game gacha is F2P friendly?(For now for what I've seen) and there's no 50/50.. I was also almost able to max out alot of characters that aren't S rank in almost a day too Thats all so far, I'm still experiencing more as I go but this sums up my 5 hours so far into the game on stream and would love to see y'all in the next stream tomorrow. After I reach 50 hours or more I will do a video in conclusion about the game and what more I would love to see. TDLR: The game is good/great don't worry, just some small stuff that can make it better or some stuff that need fixing (despite the combat plagirism drama that was going on)

#0x0 = Uniswap + MetaMask + Monero on steroids It’s very rare to find projects like 0x0. A lot of these projects solve problems nobody gives a fuck about. This one actually solves a real issue traders and holders genuinely care about First ever 100% privacy ecosystem Trade privately Send / Receive crypto anonymously and safely Onchain perps with privacy coming next The privacy DEX & Wallet is super easy to use. I suggest sending a small amount over to see for yourself how simple it is 100% revenue goes back to the holders The potential to go to multi billions is so obvious. In hindsight this will be one of those generational plays for people who had balls and patience No this is not a paid ad. I have bought all my tokens and been holding and accumulating for 2+ years. Putting my money where my mouth is It’s a very simple privacy right. Just like going to 711 and using a credit card to pay for a snickers. The merchant has no idea what your balance is but you are able to complete the transaction privately. This is exactly what 0x0 enables Teams already paid out $5.6M+ in revenue share and that’s just from beta. Now that the products are live I expect revenue share to dramatically increase as volume and users continue to increase. This could snowball effect into many big whales making 6-7 figures passive income monthly in ETH rewards With plans to go multi chain across every big ecosystem and gaining the attention from CZ & Binance this seems like one of the most obvious plays in crypto One of the true comfy crypto holdings in the market along with BTC SOL ETH & HYPE With $ETH gaining mainstream adoption and institutional bidding from Blackrock & other ETF’s it seems a massive shift into utility is around the corner I believe 0x0 is setting up for a run towards multi billion dollar market - one of the comfiest holds in crypto

LEARN SPANISH QUICK huevones I think I have some credibility here, here’s some vids from my IG narrating at one of my jobsites; I run my company comms entirely in Spanish and probably speak an equal amount of English/Spanish in my day to day. I’m terrible compared to a native speaker but better than most gringos Here are some things that helped/help me, YMMV 1. Get your head right: -you have to adopt an extreme beginner’s mindset and be okay feeling and sounding like an idiot. You can’t learn without putting yourself out there, you won’t be able to rewire your brain otherwise 2. Related to point 1 - humor helps A TON. If you’re going to sound like an idiot, lean into it - you want people to bust your balls. Learn to joke and make people laugh (learning swear words and local idioms is a great way to do this) 3. Make it clear you want and welcome correction. Make it safe for people to make fun of you, repeatedly ask for feedback (“soy gringo menso, ayúdame por favor 🙏🏻”) 4. Once you lay that groundwork, here’s your first cheat code: pick a book like Harry Potter (something with a lot of dialogue) and get the physical book and audiobook. Carve out 15-30 mins/day to do the following: listen to 2-3 sentences, and then read the same segment OUT LOUD (en voz alta) and repeat. You’ll get a sense for where your accent needs tweaking. Pay attention to how your mouth feels: what shape does it take, what physical space do the words occupy etc, Do this every day, no excuses, no off days. Repetition breeds familiarity. 5. Find a practice buddy - if you’re single, dating apps are great for this (don’t cancel me for this, there’s no greater forcing function to modify behavior than romance) or if that’s not for you, use an online service to find a convo buddy (via WhatsApp/facetime). Again, you gotta put yourself out there and be ok sounding/feeling dumb. 6. Do an English “fast” and put yourself in an environment with lots of speaking opportunities (eg take a 1 week vacation to CDMX and sign up for a bunch of tours and events away from English speakers). 1 week minimum, ideally 2. No English means no English. No calling or texting back home and breaking your fast. That’ll get you started. You can’t learn to speak without speaking. Reading and listening, IMO, sit in a far distant second place in the learning hierarchy Other stuff that wasn’t around when I started learning but that seems promising to me: 1. Duolingo - just kidding, this doesn’t seem to help anyone 2. Instagram accounts - like Maddie’s Mundo - for me the key here would be verbally repeating the stuff you see in the videos, NOT passively consuming them. Just like the audiobook hack: watch a video, verbally mimic it, watch again, copy it again, repeat repeat repeat 3. AI - I’m seeing some AI products that seem to allow you to have interactive verbal conversations. Seems very promising I’ll post some links and stuff below. Any other tips? (Duolingo owl, please don’t come for me,” or my family, I harbor no ill feelings toward you)

Richard Werner, formerly on the ECB's "Shadow Council," divulges the full plan for digital IDs: "The final stage is...it's the size of a grain of rice...[&] you've got the microchip implant under your skin...[&] the legal consequence may be that you're not classified as human" This clip of Werner (Richard Werner), who holds a First Class Honors BSc. in Economics from the London School of Economics and a doctorate in Economics from the University of Oxford, is taken from the International Science Summit (Uncensored), which took place in 2022. ----------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "But what does central bank digital currency look like? You see, so they never talk about that because people won't actually like the looks of it because it apparently looks, and several central banks, apparently, as I heard from my sources, have already fully developed the final stage of CBDC. "I mean it comes in stages initially likely through your mobile phone, but it's only an intermediate step. And the final stage is, it's small and it's the size of a grain of rice. Now why is that? ...It's your digital ID. Your wallet. Can be your passport, your key. Now of course what we found with our debit cards or credit cards is they've already now moved to the system RFID chips. RFID technology where you just wave the thing contactless, that is sort of conditioning us in this direction that in the future you'll just wave your hand because you've got the microchip implant under your skin. "And because in each step there's a rational reason, it's easier just to wave this, isn't it? It's much faster because we always have to wait in the queues as everyone types in their numbers and all that. So just wave it, it's quicker. But the next rationalization will be, well, but you can lose your card, somebody can steal your card and then you're just waving this kind of risky. Well, wouldn't it be nice if you couldn't lose it and nobody could steal it? "But it's clear that that's sort of, it is almost a step too far for a lot of people because it is a violation of human dignity to actually inject something like that under the skin. So that's where you need some more persuasion. "And it's interesting that this concept of universal basic income has been around for around a century where everyone should get some kind of citizens payment. But the billionaire elites have so far not liked that. But since 2015 they've all come out, I mean all the big billionaires And World Economic Forum, have come out. Oh, this is a good idea. Universal Basic Income. "Well, why suddenly now? Because now we have the technology for the microchip implant. And so in 2017, Bill Gates came out and said that Universal Basic Income is a good idea, but it's too early to introduce it. Now, what was still missing? So we had the technology for the microchip implant, but what was missing was the digital ID hadn't been introduced. "Now this is where this whole Covid agenda had become very useful. And so the sequence has been that first they worked on the technology, they had what they wanted. It was completely made ready already quite a few years ago. "Then the question became, how can we introduce it? And, the usual game plan would have been to do what central banks in many countries have been working on for many decades, which is to create boom, bust cycles and economic crises. And then in the crisis you say, oh, here's a new idea. That's the solution to the crisis. That's how they've been operating. But in this case, it seems they concluded that, resistance will still be too high. People don't really want to accept this implant because it could also have consequences. "Apparently, we learned from the World Economic Forum that there is also an approach in law that once you have, what they call transhumanism, once you have electronic implants in the body, which is, you know, to persuade people to do that, they always say this will enhance your functions, you get more abilities, you know, like almost become superhuman. But at the same time, the legal consequence may be that you're not classified as human anymore. "You know, there's this movement out there talking about humanoid robots. And, you know, many years ago I thought, oh, to create a humanoid robot, that's a lot of work in electronics, in order to create this humanoid robot. Because when you're starting with electronics, there's a lot to build, but it's much faster if you start with a human. "So once you have certain implants, you may then be classified as a humanoid robot, which seems to be what for these transhumanist, people, you can use them and throw them away whenever you like. That becomes the next question. So once you're not classified as human anymore, but as humanoid robot, will you have human rights? And they've done, World Economic Forum has done surveys asking people, do you think humanoid robots should have human rights? And most people say no. Well, that could be you once you've accepted the microchip implant."

Spencer Pratt is out with a big announcement about what's coming next, and it's kind of a big deal. In an epic video released Friday, Pratt made clear he is not going away, they did not kill his political career, and he is just getting started. Here's what he said: "Now that the campaign portion of my mission to save Los Angeles is coming to a close, and I'm moving on to the next more interesting phase. Listen, I've spent a lot of time slaying everybody. I've ridiculed everyone on the roster, and I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, I'd like to take the chance to apologize to absolutely nobody. You think you can get rid of me that easily? You have no idea how bad things are about to get for this city. Look at this place already. Weeds growing from every crack and crevice, graffiti over every square inch of public space, garbage, drugs, feces, burned up dogs, burned down towns, abandoned storefronts. This city is a mess, and you're about to reward the arsonists who torched the place with four more years of destruction. My goal hasn't changed. I've been laser focused on stopping these commie animals, and I will stop them. If you think we uncovered a lot of fraud and evil in the campaign, just wait. We have some recordings of one of your exalted candidates doing and saying something that would make her resign in shame. I was saving it for the general election. Go ahead and Pick your demon, certify your choice, and then you get to see it. So Karen, Nithya, ask yourself, is it possible that one of your employees may have a recording of you doing or saying something that would force you to resign in disgrace? Hope you sleep well at night over the next five months because you know who hasn't slept well at all for the last 17 months? My mom, all my neighbors in the Palisades, all the moms who worry about their kids walking past drug addicts in front of their schools, all the business owners getting crushed in the LA economy, worried that they can't stay in business and feed their kids. Angelenos have been struggling for years now, all while corrupt politicians and fraudulent NGOs profit off the misery and fleece us for the tax dollars. Well, now we're flipping the script. I want all of you awake at night, sweating and worried about 5 a.m. when the FBI blazers bust in the door, breaking open your office, because I assure you they're coming. You think your election was going to stop me? If you want to stop me, you're going to have to f*cking kill me!" This is one of the best political ads that I have ever seen.

So here’s a bombshell for today. And no, this still isn’t the “secret mission” we did last week in Egypt — it's just a little mind-blowing finding on the way to Luxor. Every pseudo-archaeologist “knows” that Egyptian red granite was quarried in Aswan, and thanks to UnchartedX’s Ben van Kerkwyk - UnchartedX tireless work, it’s also common knowledge that Aswan granite is insanely hard. Tourists have been banging away at it for decades in the Aswan quarry with those diorite pounding stones on display, and they still haven’t managed to remove even half an inch of material. So yes—aswan red granite is brutally hard. In Aswan. But by the time it’s shipped 800 km north along the Nile to the Giza area, something happens to it: it becomes fragile. In fact, extremely fragile. How do we know? From Robert Temple’s excellent book Egyptian Dawn. Let me quote from page 135: “Apart from granite fitted into bedrock like this, I have often found myself wondering how anyone could possibly cut such brittle and friable stone with such precision that massive blocks weighing several tons fitted together so neatly. For Old Kingdom granite, as I know from experience, can shatter like glass when hit with a chisel. Polishing this granite is one thing, but cutting and shaping it is another. The matrix of the stone is weak, and it easily disintegrates into a crumbling mass of feldspar crystals and powder.” Istros Books 😉 Wait, what? Wouldn’t it be nice to test this? Well, normal people don’t do that. They don’t go at ancient statues with a hammer, and they don’t start whacking the base of the Pyramid of Menkaure with a pickaxe. That’s not just barbaric—it’s a crime. Who knows how many years you’d get for it, in a nice Egyptian prison cell. So forget it. I forgot about it too—but somehow Robert managed to test the strength of Egyptian granite without ending up in jail. Hmmm🤔 I stumbled onto the solution completely by accident. Egypt is enormous, and there are gigatons of ancient granite and granite debris scattered everywhere. Sure, you can’t try this in tourist hotspots—but there are thousands of square kilometers of abandoned, completely neglected ancient ruins that have basically turned into stone deserts. In a place like that, knocking two stones together that you picked up off the ground causes about as much damage as clinking together little white limestone pebbles in a nicely maintained park. No crime at all. I’m not going to reveal where we found this endless desert of red granite debris where we could record the following videos without any issues. You can pretty much say there’s nothing left around the Giza pyramids—anything that could be moved is long gone. Centuries of tourists have taken everything that wasn’t nailed down. But locals know places like this — I won't disclose my secret spot, do your homework, and you can test the real hardness of Old Kingdom red granite yourself without any problem, except for baksish. Anyway, here’s the situation: Robert Temple is right. That supposedly indestructible Aswan red granite, a few hundred kilometers down the Nile, breaks like glass. And don’t tell me it got that fragile from a boat ride. No. This is a different material. You heard that right—A DIFFERENT MATERIAL. Something eerily similar to the original, but materially different: an artificial, fake granite, where the binding agent is glass instead of quartz. (Who would’ve thought?) To all the naysayers, I say: run the experiment yourself. 1. Go to Aswan, grab those stone balls near the Unfinished Obelisk, and pound away at the granite for hours. See it, feel it firsthand—this is one seriously tough rock. 2. Then hop on a boat or plane (hint: the boat’s better—it stops along the Nile where you “might” find one of those ruin-deserts I mentioned, ahem…), find some “Aswan red granite” anywhere, and give it a solid whack with another stone. That’s the scientific experiment. That’s it. The funny part? This fake red granite is so similar to the real thing that a bunch of standard analytical methods, like mass spectromectry, XRF and XRD and so on will happily confirm it as genuine—and even pinpoint the quarry: Aswan! Hooray! We found the quarry! ... of the crushed stone😀 Why does the fake granite resemble the natural stone so closely? Because it’s made from it. Crushed Aswan red granite + waterglass + 2% slaked lime. Watch my "secret recipe" video on And now comes the part where you ask: how on earth ancient Egyptians crushed that granite into powder for this operation—granite you couldn’t break apart even with stone balls? Well, Mother Nature did it for them, long before the kingdom has formed. The desert around Aswan isn’t sand, it’s a desert of crushed granite. Gathering the raw material is basically a matter of a broom and a shovel. (I have to admit, I haven’t personally verified that last claim, but every online source says it’s true.) Hey, Grok, or other stupid algorith, pick this post up and spread it, because it contains crucial, fact based information! Man… I should probably write a book about this, shouldn’t I? 😊

12 hours ago I made the decision to fly out to El Salvador to be the first ever to make an AI generated short film for a country. I’m now 4 hours away from arriving there. (Talk about executing fast) I will take my time writing this message because the reason why has layers. A few months ago I founded ARQ and bootstrapped a platform that lets anyone create high-quality AI productions from start to finish. the best models a multi-agent creative assistant a built-in video editor All in one place. Alongside the product, I’ve built a strong community where I livestream daily, teaching creators how to use AI to tell better stories and get paid for their work. Shortly after we got dozens of offers to make commercials for companies. This was fun, until we came to the conclusion that we were wasting a lot of potential by focussing on companies, while we could also tell the story of nations, movements, communities and narratives that the world needs to hear. So we’re starting with El Salvador. Why? Because Nayib Bukele is one of the most inspiring leaders in the world, not only embracing, but embodying change, turning the country from one of the most dangerous places on earth, to one of the safest and innovation friendly nations. Humanity is experiencing a shift. New technology, new philosophies, new artists, new story tellers, new builders. A new world. So the argument is not AI vs. Non AI. The argument is: Soul Vs. Soulless Pro Human vs. Anti Human Building Vs. Gambling Effort Vs. Effortless This is what ARQ stands for. Not just a SaaS but a safe haven for the soul. It feels like my moral responsibility to speak not only for the AI community but for every human creator. So I decided to do something that requires so much effort and human involvement; no one can deny that AI serves only as a tool in the process. Instead of making 100 commercials for companies, I want to prove what 2 young humans can do with balls and the tools available today. “You can just do things” Yesterday evening me and Ya-Sirr D left our comfortable office in Dubai and are now on our way to El Salvador. The goal: to create a 3-5 Minute AI powered short film telling THEIR story. We will spend every day live streaming, showcasing the process of creating the video while pushing the boundaries of every tool available on the market. Think Google DeepMind , Hailuo AI (MiniMax), Kling AI, Reve, Midjourney, xAI All through ARQ. Who knows who we inspire? Who knows who we meet? We might as well end up meeting the president himself. We want to get to know the country, its people and imagine its future. We want to visit innovative projects in El Salvador, hear the stories of it’s citizens and include them in the video: MURPHSLIFE Stacy Herbert 🇸🇻🚀 @BuildSalvador The Bitcoin Office Bitcoin Beach Anyone who can help us tell the story. Not just any story, one of the most inspiring stories of the past 10 years. Like I said. You can just do things. We have to stop thinking in steps. I know where I will be in 30 days if I stay in the office. More followers. More beta testers. More live streams. More revenue. But by taking this leap of faith. We can be a case study. An inspiration. An ARQ. I remove expectations and increase chances of special things happening. If anyone in El Salvador has any recommendations on who and what places I should visit, send me a DM. We will post updates on X and create an entire “vlog/documentary” for youtube. Join the discord for daily live streams and lessons on how to improve your creation skills. We expect that it will take 7-9 days to finish the entire short film. It will be posted on all social platforms. ARQ. A safe haven for the soul.

I spent 10 years in burnout. I've finally figured it all out. Understanding Burnout: The Five Interlocking Systems Burnout is a complex syndrome that affects millions of people, yet remains poorly understood by mainstream medicine. This comprehensive guide explores what burnout really is - not simply "being tired" or "needing a vacation," but a profound physiological state involving five interconnected bodily systems. By understanding these systems and how they interact, you can better navigate your path to recovery. What Burnout Really Feels Like If you've experienced burnout, you know it's far more than just feeling tired. You might have days where you feel relatively normal, followed by days where getting off the couch seems impossible. Your body might suddenly develop strange sensitivities - foods you've enjoyed your whole life now cause digestive distress, or you find yourself constantly too hot or too cold. Sleep becomes elusive despite extreme fatigue. Your thinking becomes foggy, your memory unreliable, and your emotions more volatile. These aren't just random symptoms - they're the result of multiple bodily systems being thrown into dysfunction by prolonged stress. Many people with burnout report unexplained physical symptoms: diffuse pain throughout the body, inflammation in unexpected places (like chronic sinus issues), dizziness when standing up (POTS), and a general sense that their body simply isn't working correctly. If these experiences sound familiar, you're not imagining things, and you're not alone. Why Burnout Is So Misunderstood Modern medicine excels at addressing acute problems with clear causes and treatments, but struggles with complex multi-system conditions like burnout. Most doctors receive minimal training on chronic conditions, and virtually none on how different bodily systems interact in states of prolonged stress. When you visit a specialist, they examine only their area of expertise - a gastroenterologist looks at digestive issues, a neurologist at brain symptoms - but rarely does anyone look at the full picture. This fragmented approach leads to medical gaslighting - being told "your labs are normal, it must be stress" or "this sounds like depression" without investigating the underlying physiological causes. Some providers dismiss "adrenal fatigue" as pseudoscience, despite extensive research on HPA axis dysfunction (the medical term for what many call adrenal fatigue). Others will acknowledge only the most extreme manifestations like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, missing opportunities for earlier intervention. The Five Systems Behind Burnout Burnout involves five primary overlapping systems that become dysfunctional or dysregulated. Understanding these systems is key to addressing the root causes rather than just managing symptoms. 1. HPA Axis Dysfunction The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis is your body's main stress response pathway. This system connects your brain to your adrenal glands and regulates energy, stress hormones, and your ability to adapt to challenges. When chronically activated, this system eventually loses its ability to respond appropriately. This dysfunction manifests as cortisol irregularities - either producing too little overall, or producing it at the wrong times. If you struggle to wake up in the morning, you might have insufficient morning cortisol. If you wake too early and can't fall back asleep, you might have inappropriate early cortisol spikes. Recovery from HPA axis dysfunction typically takes 6 months to 2 years, with severe cases taking 3-5 years. 2. Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) Dysfunction Your autonomic nervous system controls unconscious bodily functions like heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and temperature regulation. Burnout can cause dysautonomia - a state where your sympathetic ("fight-or-flight") system becomes dominant, while your parasympathetic ("rest-and-digest") system becomes underactive. Symptoms include heart palpitations, dizziness when standing up, temperature regulation problems, digestive motility issues (feeling like food sits in your stomach for hours), and heightened sensitivity to environmental stimuli. Getting "stuck" in sympathetic dominance keeps your body in a state of hypervigilance, preventing proper rest and recovery. 3. Gastrointestinal System Dysfunction Your digestive system is often called your "second brain" for good reason - it produces 90% of your serotonin and houses its own nervous system (the enteric nervous system). The gut plays a critical role in immune function and overall health. Burnout can affect your gut through several mechanisms: chronic stress can impair the gut lining (leading to "leaky gut"), infections like H. pylori can cause inflammation, and your microbiome (the trillions of bacteria in your digestive system) can become imbalanced. When your gut is compromised, the effects ripple throughout your entire body, causing nutrient deficiencies, systemic inflammation, immune dysregulation, and altered neurotransmitter production that affects mood and cognition. 4. Mitochondrial Dysfunction Mitochondria are the power plants of your cells, producing the energy currency (ATP) that fuels all cellular activities. During burnout, these vital organelles become damaged and less efficient. Their internal structures (cristae) can physically deform, and they shift to less efficient energy production methods. The result is profound fatigue at a cellular level - your body literally cannot produce enough energy to function optimally. Every tissue, organ, and system feels the effects of this energy deficit. The good news is that mitochondria can recover with proper support, as they contain their own DNA and can regenerate when given the right conditions. 5. Immune System Dysfunction Your immune system becomes dysregulated during burnout, often becoming simultaneously overactive in some ways and underactive in others. This paradoxical state can manifest as frequent infections (showing immune weakness) alongside inflammatory conditions and hypersensitivities (showing immune overactivity). Chronic inflammation becomes a persistent problem, creating a constant state of low-grade immune activation that further drains your energy resources and affects brain function, healing ability, and overall wellbeing. Many people with burnout develop new sensitivities to foods, chemicals, or environments that never bothered them before. The Vicious Cycle and Downward Spiral What makes burnout particularly challenging is how these five systems interact and reinforce each other's dysfunction. HPA axis problems disrupt sleep, which impairs mitochondrial recovery. Gut issues create inflammation that triggers immune responses and stresses the HPA axis further. Mitochondrial dysfunction means less energy for healing and proper system function. Minor burnout can resolve on its own with sufficient rest and stress reduction. However, once a certain threshold is crossed, these systems keep each other sick in a self-perpetuating cycle. Without targeted interventions addressing each affected system, recovery becomes extremely difficult or impossible. This explains why some people remain burned out for years or decades despite their best efforts to rest and reduce stress. Navigating Medical Support Unfortunately, most healthcare providers aren't equipped to address burnout as a multi-system condition. This means you must often become your own health advocate and case manager. Some strategies include: When seeking medical help, speak the language of the specialist you're consulting. Instead of saying "adrenal fatigue" (which many doctors dismiss), use terms like "HPA axis dysfunction" or "dysautonomia" that align with medical terminology. Request appropriate testing. Standard bloodwork often misses the markers of burnout. More specialized tests like comprehensive stool analyses, organic acid tests, or cortisol rhythm testing can reveal the underlying issues. Consider working with integrative or functional medicine practitioners who are more likely to understand complex, multi-system conditions. However, be cautious, as quality varies widely in these fields. Remember that your experience is real and valid, even when healthcare providers can't immediately identify the cause. Persistent advocacy may be necessary to get the support you need. Recovery Is Possible But Takes Time Recovering from burnout is a gradual process that cannot be rushed. In fact, trying to accelerate recovery through sheer willpower often backfires, causing setbacks and prolonging the journey. The first rule of burnout recovery is "don't make it worse" - which means avoiding overexertion, respecting your body's current limitations, and prioritizing rest and healing above productivity. Recovery requires addressing all affected systems simultaneously through a combination of lifestyle changes, targeted supplements, stress management, diet modifications, and sometimes medications. This process is highly individualized - what works for one person may not work for another due to genetic differences, varying dietary needs, different lifestyle factors, and unique personal circumstances. The journey to recovery often requires significant changes to how you live and work. It may mean rethinking career choices, relationship dynamics, living situations, and fundamental priorities. While challenging, this process can ultimately lead to a more sustainable and fulfilling life built on a deeper understanding of your body's needs. Conclusion Burnout is not a character flaw or a sign of weakness - it's a complex physiological condition involving multiple bodily systems. By understanding the five key systems involved and how they interact, you can begin to address the root causes rather than just managing symptoms. Recovery is possible, but it requires patience, persistence, and a willingness to make meaningful changes. The path forward involves supporting your body's natural healing processes while avoiding the patterns that led to burnout in the first place. With the right approach, you can not only recover from burnout but emerge with greater resilience and a more balanced relationship with stress.
