How is RE7 almost a decade old? Like, I vividly remember watching stuff for it when it came out. Honestly, now that I think about it, RE7 might genuinely be one of my favourite games of all time. I really need to play through it again soon.

👤 what kind of drama will the two of you remember ‘lovely runner’ as? 💙 for me, honestly.. although i really like lovely runner as a drama, i really really like sunjae that it's almost like love. so for me, he's someone i won't be able to forget for the rest of my life. so with that, i think the drama itself is a drama i won't forget. also, in the future too, i think it's a drama i'll keep watching. even now at dawn, sometimes i look it up myself especially when i couldn't sleep around 3 to 4am.. yeah, there are times like that. 💛 to me, lovely runner is like a diary. the sides of me that i was able to show at that time, as well as the atmosphere.. although it's already been a year, if i'm asked to do it right this instant, i wonder if i'll be able to do it. because i think i was able to record how i was at that time (through the drama), i feel like it's a drama that contains my 29-year old self so it's a drama that i'll miss a lot.

John McTiernan on how he learnt moviemaking by watching 'Day for Night' (1972): "I remember when I decided that that's what I was going to do. I went about it like it was reverse engineering. I knew that I had to go and learn what a movie was, not just my experience of going and watching a movie. So I went and sat in Truffaut's Day for Night (1972), watched it for three days straight, eight hours at a time and memorized it shot-for-shot. I got past the story, all the original and secondary experience, so I could study what it was that I was really watching. Film is really sort of a chain that's really linear. Yet when it's all strung together, it just sort of feels like an experience. It takes quite a while to be able to deconstruct that experience to figure out what you really saw." (John McTiernan's interview with Alex Simon, The Hollywood Interview, 1999)

⛰️ I think I was standing for almost half of the flight time. Since I’ve just been dancing continuously from when I was young and doing things like that*, my body isn’t really in good condition. But now, since the situation was such that I had to keep going anyway, I told the flight attendant, “I’m sorry, but would it be okay if I stand for a bit?” ⛰️ When I say it like this, it sounds like I’m making a show of it, but I just wanted to tell you how much it meant to me/how sincere I was about it. Really. It’s not like “I did well, praise me.” It’s just that that one stage and you all were so precious to me**, so in my own way I tried saying this. My heart feels a bit… it stays quiet for a while and then everything rushes in at the same time. I don’t want it to be like that, but that’s how it turned out. So I’m not entirely happy about it. Yeah, that’s how it is.

🦊 i finished wrapping up first my solo recently and as words from people around me started influencing me, it really stressed me out and it really started swaying my identity as a person…i was really burnt out for 3 months 🦊 i used to be someone that told people everything when i was going through a hard time like “i’m going through a tough time right now” but i don’t know when it started, but i couldn’t get myself to tell people around me anymore 👤 i wonder why? was it out of consideration for them? 🦊 that could be why…and i also felt like i needed to learn how to overcome things myself 🦊 i didn’t say anything to anyone and was going through it myself…then i thought about namjoon hyung so i went to him and asked him a lot of questions and one of the things he said to me was that he hopes i face the things that make me uncomfortable 🦊 i had conflicts with soobin and we had awkward phases but i wanted to erase all of these things one by one and i feel like there were also a lot of things that i had been misunderstanding, coming to think of it now…so i went up to soobin first and said “hey, let’s go get a drink”
