@HastiGomes I don’t listen to his sermons or neither am I tryna defend him. But couldn’t this just be don’t doubt what you heard in the secret place when your reality doesn’t line up.

@HastiGomes Upstream is slower. He's just saying, when things are downstream- going fast, chaotic in life, don't doubt what God told you when you were upstream/slowed down- having time with him. And he's saying, slow down, have time with God, that the more you do, the better off you'll be.

@HastiGomes The man is a heretic. The apostle Paul, makes it so tough, but I must pray for this guy and his salvation. He has no idea the magnitude of the mantle of doom on his shoulders.

@HastiGomes Quit taking things out of context. There is nuance in preaching and he is actually encouraging folks to be in God's word & in prayer (upstream) to be prepared for how to deal with life situations as they come at you (downstream). Makes perfect sense to me as a believer.
