For Harry and Meghan, It’s not about the work, not about the good the organization does, it’s only about how it “helps me Harry, how it makes my life better, the cool stuff I get to do”. I see this so often with people in dignitary roles, ambassadorial roles. When they speak about the work, they tell us how much fun they are having, how it’s fulfilling, etc. surprise, those listening to you do Not care that you are having the time of your life, they didn’t choose you so you could have a vacation.
