Incomplete pass. Did not maintain control through the entire process of making the catch. Yes, that applies even after crossing the plane.

Well you’re cutting out the entire catch no skin in this game but there was very little to no control and bounces which you see from the side angle and the finish (which you cut out)

This is the stupid difference between a run & a pass. If a runner breaks the plane with the ball, the play is over and it's a TD. If a receiver catches a pass, breaks the plane (no TD yet), takes a couple steps (no TD yet) goes down to the ground, & bobbles the ball, no TD.

Simple, ball moved when hit the ground. Therefore he did not complete the catch. He failed to make a “football” move. And falling to the ground is not a football move. Once the ball hit the ground and moved, it’s an incomplete pass.

He didn't survive the ground... learn the rules imagine crying about the officials when you were called for ONE penalty the second half and ZERO defensive penalties all game.

The catch is controlled. Once it breaks the plane the play should be dead regardless of the ground. NO different than jumping over the pile and having it knocked out your hands, play is dead. And I'm a Gator, I just call it like I see it, regardless of team. Glad LSU won.

The receiver lost control of the ball momentarily when the ball hit the ground - by rule it is an incomplete pass. Don't like it? Change the rule.
