‘Colour TV’s’ has just started to be available in Hyderabad. Watched this match as it was telecast live then in Doordarshan. Maybe around 1986-87

Great reflexes in the end but am sure this would have been referred to TV umpire in this age to see how clean the wicketkeeper was with that effort. Here The umpire nodded w/o even consulting leg umpire & the batsman walked !

Also look at Mani paa , always batted like this throughout his career. He I think is the funniest no 11 batter ever. By the he was a Top class spinner and that's what his job was.
