Working night shifts, would you rather work seven consecutive nightshifts every 6weeks, or 14 consecutive nightshifts every 12weeks? What would be the best alternative, health wise?

This 110% tracks with my experience in that BRIGHT lights close to bed time have an near instant awakening effect on me. To the point that I turn off all the bright lights in my house and use dim, warm-shifted lamps in my rooms close to bed.

I loved this one. Does anyone know of a good summary/review of circadian rhythm science to date?

I sleep way better when all devices are off before I lay in bed... Although admittedly hard to always do

Who knows if it makes sense to wear a headband if photons are flying around. Or will the light still penetrate the skin? Can’t you fool the active sun during the day?🌞
