How long have you been in the fandom?

Couple decades. Back in MY day, we didn't have any of these fancy, schmancy protogens with their wiring and their "LED displays." We just had flesh and blood and fur and we called it fun! Kids these days...

27 years now. I remember when we bickered on YIM about whether we were fuzzies or furries and if scalies were their own thing.

Checked with Grock. Looks like I was one of the first scalies. Had a Godzilla costume in 1983! And have had one, on and off since then. 43 years in the fandom technicaly.

Since around the early aughts. Like 2001ish

i've technically been in the fandom since 2017 but i consider myself to be newer since i didn't really start engaging in it til 2021

2015, middleschool me watched a furry cringe comp. I made fun of them for like a week. Then got curious, then loved it. Same thing happened with my little pony in the same week 🤣
