Irish man Sean Meehan built a log cabin on his own land to live in but was ordered to take it down or be sent to prison. Foreigners are being housed in every nook and cranny while an Irish man is ordered to demolish his home. A judge ordered him to court today and told him to bring a bag as he was going to prison for refusing the order. Nationalists rallied, and the judge adjourned the case until June. And that is why this bill is needed." Rebels are attempting to free prisoners from a "torture prison" in Syria, — BBC reports They have managed to open cells on the upper floors, but access to the underground levels, referred to as the "Red Block" or "Death Chambers," is currently impossible. These areas were intended for the regime's most dangerous prisoners. The doors can only be opened via a complex computer system. Meanwhile, all prison guards have already left the facility. Saydnaya Prison has been dubbed the "Human Slaughterhouse" — according to the SOHR, around 30,000 people have died there. This is how numerous underground tunnels were discovered in the prison. Now rebels are trying to find doors to these levels and breaking down walls in search of a passage. Many of the prisoners have been there for decades. Women and children have also been found in the prison.

BREAKING: Teacher Enoch Burke thrown into prison van and moved suddenly to Castlerea Prison On Sunday morning teacher Enoch Burke was told to gather his belongings and bring them to a prison van. He was then put into the van and brought on a two-and-a-half-hour journey to a new location, Castlerea Prison. At no point was he told where he was being brought, or for what reason. Upon arrival in Castlerea Prison he was consigned to a filthy committal landing. Prison authorities told him he was being given a job “in the kitchen.” Enoch Burke has a job. He is a teacher of German and History at Wilson’s Hospital School. He was taken from that job in 2022 and thrown into a prison cell by corrupt judges after he refused to endorse transgender ideology. His incarceration is an abomination. Enoch Burke’s removal from Mountjoy Prison is a violation of the order of Judge Brian Cregan of 19 January. That order specifically stated that Enoch Burke was to be detained in Mountjoy Prison in Dublin until further order of the High Court: “AND IT IS ORDERED that the Defendant be conveyed by the Commissioner and Members of An Garda Síochána to Mountjoy Prison and that he thereupon be lodged in Mountjoy Prison to be detained therein until he purges his contempt and is discharged pursuant to further Order of this Court”. There has been no further order. Enoch Burke, an innocent man, is now detained in Castlerea Prison without lawful authority. The removal to Castlerea Prison is deeply prejudicial to Enoch Burke as he is now over two hours from the courts where cases relating to his unjust incarceration are ongoing. Today Dr Isaac Burke raised this urgent matter before Judge Brian Cregan in the High Court. Judge Cregan prevaricated and obfuscated in response. He denied any knowledge of the development and showed little interest in the violation by the prison authorities of his own order. It is a dangerous state of affairs when a matter of this importance, the unlawful detention of an innocent man, can be taken so lightly by a High Court Judge.

BREAKING: Martina and Ammi Burke report growing concern regarding legal aid solicitors, prison officers and Gardaí We have been asked by a female prisoner we know to pass on a message to Gardaí that she believes her cars have been stolen. Despite making a report to the prison Governor many weeks ago, and being told this was passed on to the Garda Liaison Officer, we were told today by the Gardaí that there is no record of this. We are very concerned also that prisoners are not being represented fairly by legal aid solicitors. Prisoners are in a very vulnerable position, locked in prison cells for up to 22 hours a day, and having very minimal communication with legal representatives, who are being paid to fight on their behalf. Some have to beg for an update and are being dissuaded from challenging prosecution evidence and appealing their sentences, though appearing very unjust. We have fought for weeks to assist prisoners to be granted their visiting rights. Only after up to 10 communications in one case, was the prisoner granted their statutory legal right to a visit. This is unacceptable and grossly unjust. To be locked in a tiny prison cell for up to 22 hours a day is tough; but on top of that to be denied your rights to a visit or even a video call with your family members, in some cases elderly parents, is inhumane and unjust.

The Kainji–Ibbi–Zurguma–Mokwa route is increasingly becoming a nightmare for travellers, with repeated reports of killings and abductions. This is really interesting.. here you have three very good judges for a change, listening to a lawyer defend her social worker clients for lying to the court with a possibility of having children taken away from their own parents. And the discussion is whether it’s illegal for social workers to commit perjury in what they believe is the best interest of the children.. This is very dangerous territory and I am so glad that these judges are giving it back to her. She is stumbling all over her words because she knows she’s caught. And now you have to wonder how many times this happened to good parents just because CPS had a problem with them? I can’t believe this is even up for debate.

Last week he was sent to HMP Wandsworth overnight for marching, and after being released from court he went out to march again. He has now been imprisoned.
