How mobile phone are smuggled into prison

There is NO prison or jail in the USA that would allow someone to bring a grocery product like a 2 liter pop in from outside. Sorry, it's just not done. 90% of smuggling in prison is done by underpaid staff to sell to the inmates. The Spanish on the label makes me think this might be in Mexico where they could have different rules
