Nothing. I have a service that I pay monthly. Flat rate, people come over at scheduled times, no issue.

That's wild. My landscaper guy has never asked me for a tip. He tells me the price up front and we shake on it. He does the job and I send him the money. He doesn't stand there and demand a tip. Also the, "It's the current year" argument is so played out. "It's the current year, give me more money." Dumb.

I don’t tip my yard guy. I send tons of referrals. They prefer it that way, and so do I.

I would rather tip a camgirl than to tip such an entitled person like that.
