Love this post. Too many people still think creatine is just for muscle growth. But the brain has massive creatine demands too (cognition, mood, fertility, hormone production). Don’t sleep on it.

I usually only take 5gs in the morning pre workout, but I’m going to try adding 5gs post workout as well and see if it makes a difference! 💪🌱🌍🧬⚡️✅

Creatine has been out for 30+ years Like many supplements that come and go some cycle back again for a short time. I use zero creatine and use only food. Do whatever works for you and in time you will figure it out.
