percentage of what

my solder never melts, its the stuff that came with the iron, here i thought i was doing something wrong, im new to the solder game. what is the best easy melting solder around? @grok

While 63% tin melts the easiest - I acknowledge that… DO the test in a different sequence. Why? The soldering iron is „cold“ after melting the 63 (it just doesn’t have enough heat capacity for quickly soldering three such junctions)!

Eutectic is the perfect blend of different materials (usually elements) with special properties. Eutectic solder melts and solidifies at one temperature. For example, Tin 63% / lead 37 % that melts and freezes at 183°C Most solder starts to soften at a certain temperature and only fully melts at a higher temperature.

What do these numbers mean?

Pure lead will wet, but it doesn't melt until 330 deg C. Because it's very hot, Rosin flux doesn't work, it just burns. Instead you have to use something like Bakers Fluid, which is horribly corrosive. 63/37 was good for a reason.
Which wire could be used for lithium battery?

Your problem is iron not hot enough

@grok me explique sobre isso e como identificar na hora de comprar

Now flow some gold.

Everyone knows when you solder you dont touch the solder wire to the soldering tip. Moron.
