Personal stories matter. They aren’t randomized controlled trials, but when thousands of people independently report major improvements in weight, metabolic health, inflammation, energy, and quality of life after changing what they eat, that deserves serious scientific curiosity—not dismissal.

what a BEAST! all the desserts in one sitting?? absolute unit

That old pic is crazy ! Nice work !!

Hey Doc, advice for someone who deals with kidney stones but would also like to do carnivore. Urologist is adamant I reduce animal protein.

WOW

Lol, eats 4,000+ calories in a night out at a restaurant. Blames carbs fruits and veggies for being a fat ass. Literally can't make this shit up

WOW! Can't believe that was you.

I need a reset and to go I have hormone and Hashimoto, causing issues. I need to get rid of coffee, chocolate it’s hard but I need to. How should I start

Look at you, fatty!😀

Desperately need to get back on carnivore this year. Thanks for posting this. You helped me get to my leanest at 17% BF.

Thanks for sharing that. I “enjoyed” food similarly to what you describe. I think I was seeking comfort. Eating OMAD carnivore— usually before dawn— allows me to keep that urge at bay. Biochemistry does most of the heavy lifting. Discipline is in there too. And self preservation.

👏💪

Doc have you ever did a video on the top home gym equipment for overall fitness (cross fit like)? We have a high end commercial treadmill with a 15 degree incline. I’ve been looking at some of these four to $5000 range universal gyms. Should I do that or do a giant stack of various free weights? I want to cancel my gym membership.

Wow

Wow Dr. Baker! That was a huge transformation! Congrats!

Bet he want eating fruit

oh wow!! Good job. you used to looked kinda bad. also your hair looked kinda bad.

;o)

I guess gout is not real .

Why would I choose an all one-way only diet that would make me look like Fred Flintstone???

Great, now let us know how that go fund me for clinical trials is working...Or is it?

Thank you Shawn!!!!!♥️

Why couldn’t you control yourself?

Shawn must have been paying someone $200 a month to tell him how to eat like that. #Revero

High protein (esp. muscle meat) → excess methionine → excess SAM. Glycine clears it via GNMT (glycine → sarcosine), raising glycine demand & potentially causing a shortfall. Balance with collagen/gelatin.

Thinking about it, can you say something to push me over the edge?
