apparently CANCER is censored and now clipped out of audio and called the 'c-word' why? nobody knows.
Etsy suddenly suspended my account when I tried to purchase this book on their website this morning. I'd like to know why.

Why does it keep editing the word cancer?
Perhaps the censoring of the word prevents it from being labeled as misinformation, thereby avoiding threat remediation measures. Although , the word is in the accompanying text.
