How to do a parasite cleanse the right way👇🏽

For all of you people who will spend 15 minutes bitching about this video; it took me 6 minutes to research this. FFS. Lazy MF'ers. 1. Colon Flush – Oxy-Powder 2. Liver cleanse - Drink beverages like lemon water, green tea, turmeric tea, or chamomile tea 3. Gall Bladder flush - eating or drinking a combination of olive oil, herbs, and some type of fruit juice over several hours. 4. Kidney Flush – Mix these in equal parts: 1 Green and black walnut hull 2 Cloves 3 Wormwood 4 Neem leaf? 5 pau d'arco Drink for a week take a couple weeks off do it for another week etc.

Why would you post this and not give credit to the gentleman in the vid- and then not give the link to his parasite cleanse? Not very nice.

Eat a 1/4 cup of organic sprouted sea salted pumpkin seeds each morning on an empty stomach. Great for parasites. It will also give you 8 grams of plant protein, and is a good source of zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, and manganese .

Detoxing is important but doing so correctly is even more important. Always do your own research.

I stop any food 2 hrs before bed. I sleep 8 hrs a night. And don’t eat for at least an hour after I’m awake. So 11-12 hrs between food. Is that good for a daily basis?

Cut the sugar, cut all carbs in half, and then quarter, get in more LIVE food like greens and do Fenbendazole or Ivermectin first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Don't eat for a couple of hours. Then eat. 3 days on 5 days off for a month or so. Take a break. Repeat.
