I have done many types of fasting and cleanses, including Kambo, Tobacco Teas, and snake venom etc. I'll say this, I have never been able to get myself to do the urine therapy. I think it's very important that someone detoxes first and is on a whole foods diet preferrably fruits and veggies before attempting. If you eat toxic and then piss it and reconsume it, I don't see the purpose. I have done 10 day fasts and know someone who did over 40 days and cured his cancer.
