Well, rig it first of all, then in auto rig pro (if your using it) add more subdivisions to the "skirt rig bones" for a more precise simulation

Cool! Have you figured out how to bake when you have multiple actions? The physics seem to break for me.

Yes, that also happened to me, so what I did to get around it was take my animation to a new file and bake it separately, then copy the baked animation onto the main rig in the main file.
