I don't understand how people get entertained from v tubers. You're literally watching an animatronic

So I dont really follow much about vtubing BUT the tech that goes behind it is crazy. Just to think that this was only in Hollywood movies and now can use at home for fun.

I feel like the vtubing tech is going so fast. I would LOVE to try. But is it affordable? Do you need HUGE processing power (meaning you can't have it running while you game and stream)

Jst so you're aware mocap is 50 years old, we do volumetric capture. Just trying to help the uneducated low level tech wannabes out. Its called 3D sensors, daisy chained and fused with joint detection. OpenCV is probably too complicated , I mean 8 year olds can do it.

Hey! Awesome chair setup 🪑 I only know a few basic trackers like HTC Vive, SlimeVR, and FluxPose , I’m probably missing a lot of options since I’m not super deep into tracking tech yet. But yeah, cheaper alternatives could totally work for props like this! (It’s by forging that you become a blacksmith, right? 😄)
