If you don't have a window breaker, just wait in the back for the water level in the car to reach the top of the front door. Then the pressure is equal and you can easily open the door. Now just dive holding your breath for like 10 seconds and go out of the car

The water pressure was not sufficient to prevent the glass from breaking. When a car is submerged in water, the water pressure becomes very high.
