I did TRT for over 15yrs. My testosterone was usually hovering above and below 100 when I started. I finally decided to get off of it because I didn't like the way I was feeling (mainly hypertension and aching joints). In the course of 2 years I began eating meat and organs.

Lifting weights and red light therapy also help build testosterone. And women sometimes don’t realize they also need testosterone!

So basically, my circadian rhythms fucked up because I do the night shift right so where is my testosterone peeking at? And where can I go to test it im genuinely curious

TRT AND HGH levels are Highest during REM sleep. Activating an insulin response before sleep inhibits TRT, HGH release. Do not eat 2 hours before sleep !

Great stuff! But sunlight is CRUCIAL! I’ve seen you say before you wake up with the sun, and get morning sun. Watch the sunrise, sunlight throughout the day while being grounded, block blue light at night. NOW, we’re talking about getting circadian rythm fixed. @DrJackKruse
