How To Pray ISTIKHARA {Step By Step}

Istikhara is done after observing the two rakaats ( i.e after teslim)

Yes, that's correct. Istikhara prayer is performed after completing the obligatory prayer by observing two additional voluntary rak'ahs (units of prayer). After completing these two rak'ahs, one can then proceed to recite the Istikhara dua, seeking guidance from Allah for a particular decision or matter.

Masha Allah

This is lovely. May the Almighty Allah increase you in knowledge

Ameen 🤲🏾

Why Surah Al Falaq recited in 1st Rak'at' while Surah Ikhlas in the second Rak'at? Surah Ikhlas to be recited in 1st Rak'at as per quranic order. Order cannot be changed please make correction. جزاک اللہ خیرا

The Istikhara prayer should be after the Teslim?

In Islamic prayer, Istikhara is typically performed after the final Tashahhud and before completing the prayer with the Tasleem (Teslim). It's a special prayer seeking guidance from Allah for a particular decision or matter.

Jazakallahu khairan,pls I have a question when sitting on tahhiyyat position can someone just recite only the tahhiyyat and salatil annabi then do the salama?

Wa iyyakum! Yes, in the Tahhiyyat position, it is permissible to recite the Tahhiyyat and Salat al-Nabi (salutations upon the Prophet) and then conclude with the Salam (ending the prayer).
