Love this! Pickled eggs were a staple in my grandparents’ kitchen — the onions and garlic combo always made them next-level. That spice blend sounds 🔥 too. I just lightly beat the eggs then freeze them in jars. Great for cakes, omelettes, scrambled egg etc.
