I want to see bug fed eggs. It’s so weird they sell vegetarian fed, when chickens eat bugs often.

Best to buy from a local farm that uses regenerative practices and takes the birds to new patches of grass. Even “pasture raised” means they’re walking around a big patch of mud or dirt and eating only grains.

Unfortunately, Vital Farms still uses corn and soy in their feed. Happy Hens Truly Outdoors, on the other hand, is marketed as corn and soy free. Let us know if you happen to come across them. Cheers, Pau

Find a local farmer you trust. We do rotationally raised chickens in a mobile chicken coop. Feed them organic grains that we grow and ferment and soy/corn free. $5/dozen

Utopihen soy free eggs are the best I've found. Yolks are also the deepest orange I've seen.

So when I go to a restaurant and they only have cloth napkins, I refuse to use them to wipe my mouth for obvious reasons. I then request paper napkins. Are you going to now tell my that those are bad and instead use the dirty cloth napkins to wipe my mouth?
