They hold these meetings in my area all the time. Citizens show up & always oppose the planned development. It always gets built anyway. Other regions have these meetings prior to data centers getting built. The people massively oppose, they still get built. TYRANNY everywhere!!

Grand juries can be formed by the people. They can walk in with impunity and investigate ANYTHING, ANYWHERE. They can demand information, and if anyone refuses, they can imprison them. Grand juries are the 4th branch of gov that has been taken over by the administrative State.
