Ok last addendum hopefully Redux DOES change how youtube looks to look like a mix between old and new youtube Personally I like the changes, however some don't, and I apologize for not bringing it up Others are suggesting "ublock" instead, and if you prefer, there's that too

just to add abt the ublock thing: go to settings > purge all caches > update now! do it a couple times a day bc youtube’s script updates often so ublock has to update often as well! sometimes it doesnt work right away but give it an hour or two and try again

Same same but I had no idea it blocked that popup too

ditch adblock plus. it has an ad whitelist for advertisers that pay for it. ublock origin works better.
