Should have used a paint /lacquer remover. Saves the wood .then sand . Sanding is only for clear coat and stain

and people wonder why it cost alot to restore a good ole wood floor......we did it the old 1800's way.........two good sanding and 4 coats of linseed oil.....

This tool is MUCH, MUCH easier to control with your hands positioned down at your waist, requiring very little effort to steer & control. With the handle improperly positioned way up high like this, you have to use LOTS of muscle to steer the floor tool.
