You’re right and it’s called non coherence, but not in a drug induced, sleep, alcohol or head trauma sense. It’s a state of existing slightly altered from true reality. True reality would be deep concentration, deep thought or meditation and then maintaining that state after. Liars and zombies often don’t realize they’re non coherent because their minds are constantly noisy, distracted, bombarded with input & altered and it never exits that loop. Electronic devices, gaming, social media and constant non ending input to the senses do NOT help the state of non coherence.
