How to take Oregano oil..

You can buy this in pill form. I buy it combined with black seed oil. I am never sick. Not a cold, flu, nothing.

I didn't take my oregano oil for a few days and I felt it. Oregano oil is something I'm using daily. Mine is a concentrated one so I only need a couple of drops. I'm limited on what I can use, so it's been a life saver TBH.

I have both blackseed oil and oil of oregano in liquid form. I was kinda hoping she would say the best way to ingest the oregano oil because it is fucking strong. I guess I’ll have to ask Mr. Google.🤷‍♂️
