Another way to spark dopamine is by sharing a bit of your own excitement or positive energy. When you talk about something you're genuinely passionate about, it can be contagious. People get caught up in that enthusiasm, which makes you more memorable.

This is how you know someone has been working in a lab too long. If you ask 99.9% of people out there if they have done anything exciting lately you are only going to upset and DEPRESS them. Why? Because they HAVEN'T! Their lives are MISERABLE! All they do is work and sleep.

That’s funny because after so many convos and bumble:tinder convos you test things to find what gets the most responses and it works like clockwork. What she said is similar, but it’s not quite the best question. I can probably sell a course on how to interact most efficiently 😂💀

🖕 When I want to talk to someone, I first get my phone out and play loud music so that the other can hardly hear me. Yeah, that’s what you’ve done here.

This is so true!!! I’ll never forget as a Canadian the 1st time I visited New York as an adult. I never once had a conversation start with “How are you?” the standard greeting in NY City was instead: “What’s happening?” or “What’s going on?” Such a positive energy change!

Gratitude isn’t just good vibes—it’s biochem warfare. Every thank-you fires dopamine like a sniper shot. You’re not just being “positive”—you’re hacking your brain for resilience, clarity, and strength. Feel it. Fire it. Repeat.
