@richardm56 Why build new ? when George Clarke did a survey a few years ago into how many empty homes there were around the country!! Renovate those and bring back proper communities as well as saving a fortune ! The government will still have its taxes 🤷🏼♀️Personally it’s a no brainer 🤔👍🏻
