@RoryStewartUK @matthewclifford I just suffered an AI nightmare between Microsoft & my credit cards. My cards labeled MS as a suspicious organization. The MS web site was is remarkably buggy. It took me 3 days to reach a live human typing MS agent. It took her 1.5 hours to admit & correct the problems.

The poorest and most vulnerable in society are losing out. Be good to hear @matthewclifford speak about these issues.
