The moment he pulled his gun, i would have zero hesitation to magdump through my windshield. I can afford a new windshield, and to have my car detailed. I can't afford to hesitate, and take the chance he takes my life.

If armed,exit by left hand door,crouch behind engine block area.Soon as firearm visible then mag dump. If not armed crouch & hit the go go pedal over his fat arse.

Unless their car was disabled, they should have driven off immediately. Assuming it was disabled, as soon as he approached the car with a gun, it was fear of imminent death or grievous bodily injury and justified use of deadly force in self defense.
